Description

Taq DNA Polymerase Antibody is a Taq enzyme monoclonal antibody for hot-start PCR, which inhibits DNA polymerase activity after binding to Taq DNA polymerase at low temperatures, effectively inhibiting non-specific annealing of primers and non-specific amplification caused by primer dimers. Taq DNA Polymerase Antibody is denatured during the initial DNA denaturation step of the PCR reaction, and DNA polymerase activity is restored, so no special inactivation treatment is required for the use of this antibody.

Protein Purity

The purity of Taq DNA Polymerase Antibody was determined by molecular exclusion high performance liquid phase.

Endonuclease Activity

The 50 μL reaction system consisted of 10 μL Taq DNA Polymerase Antibody and 500 ng circular plasmid DNA. After incubation at 37 ℃ for 4 h, the endonuclide activity was detected by agar-gel electrophoresis.

Exonuclease activity

The 50 μL reaction system consisted of 10 μL Taq DNA Polymerase Antibody and 500 ng circular plasmid DNA. After incubation at 37 ℃ for 4 h, the activity of endonuclide was detected by agarose gel electrophoresis.

RNA hydrolase activity

The 50 μL reaction system consisted of 10 μL Taq DNA Polymerase Antibody and 500 ng single-stranded RNA, and was incubated at 37 ℃ for 4 hours. The RNA hydrolase activity was detected by agarose gel electrophoresis.

Host Residual DNA

Escherichia coli 16S rDNA was used as the target to detect the residual amount of host DNA in Taq DNA Polymerase Antibody by fluorescence quantitative PCR.
